Professional Biography

He earned his Mechanical Engineering degree in
Timișoara in 1974, after which he spent
eleven years in Târgu Mureș working as a research scientist.
His research activities focused on
materials science, heat treatment, fracture analysis, and tolerance determination.

In parallel with his research work, he served as a
part-time lecturer at the
college in Târgu Mureș and at the
Bolyai Farkas High School.

In 1985, he relocated to Germany, where he
participated for four years in various management training programs
and obtained a postgraduate degree in Software Engineering from
Ruhr University Bochum.

Following graduation, from 1988 onward he became the
Head of a Design and Development Institute, and later, as the
organization expanded, assumed the role of Technical Director.
His responsibilities included staff leadership, workflow organization,
and the development of internal organizational structures.

At the time he took over management, the company employed only
15 technical staff members.
Within eight years, he expanded the workforce to
several hundred employees and played a key role in transforming
the company into an international enterprise.
Throughout this period, he continuously pursued
economic and technical professional development.

During this time, he developed a
comprehensive organizational and accounting software system,
enabling real-time tracking of
working hours, projects, performance evaluations, and billing
for nearly 1,000 employees and external collaborators.

As an engineering service provider, he was directly involved in
major German automotive R&D centers, contributing to the
development of engines, transmissions, and hybrid powertrains.
He also participated in the development of several
manufacturer-registered patents.

He facilitated and coordinated industrial internships for several hundred
graduating students
from the
Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME)
at the Ford and Opel automotive plants.
In recognition of this contribution, he was appointed
Honorary Lecturer at BME.

He is the inventor of two in-house patents:
a torque-interruption-free transmission, and a
hydraulic gearbox for wind turbines.

After relocating back to Hungary, he examined the
Hungarian Holy Crown from an
engineering perspective, and prepared the foundational material
for a data-supported book and
video documentation presenting his findings.
